Our recent POC on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) within banking industry was well received by some of the major banks in India and Singapore to reduce lead times and either completely remove or automate some of the processes.

Our chatbot framework makes complex processes really user friendly and offers value added services to Bank’s account holders on their fingertips (check balance, set auto debit instructions, instant fund transfer) in a transparent and secured way. We are also planning to integrate social networking channels to this chatbot.
