E-GOVERNANCE SERVICES

Electronic governance or e-governance is the application of IT for delivering government services, exchange of information, communication transactions, and integration of various stand-alone systems between:

• G2C – Government to citizen
• Government-to-business (G2B)
• G2G – Government-to-government
• Government-to-employees (G2E)

In addition to the above, it also works with back-office processes and interactions within the entire government framework. Through e-governance, government services are made available to citizens in a convenient, efficient, and transparent manner. The three main target groups that can be distinguished in governance concepts are government, citizens, and businesses/interest groups. In e-governance, there are no distinct boundaries.

Under G2C segment, in partnership with Smart Touch, ‘Project Gramseva’ is an initiative to find answers to the daily, important needs and time-consuming problems of the villagers and to create an alternative system to solve these issues.

This project brings long term benefits by providing information about:
• Government Schemes
• Agriculture Market Rate
• Emergency Contact
• Career Guidance
• Placement Requirements and much more

This is designed to give a boost to the digital and smart village concept by making villagers truly digital. Its focus is on providing timely, correct, valid and important information in an authentic way. This in turn brings a change in the villager’s life by freeing them from daily issues and allowing them to focus on essential work. It has been implemented over 25 Gram Panchayats across India (20 in Maharashtra and 5 in Rajasthan).

We are also working with various municipal councils like Mumbai, Pune and Nasik for integrating, analysing and monitoring various Covid19 safety measures at ground level.
